So finallllly EURO is over.....23 days of sheeeeer soccer feast over......spain claiming the cup after 44yrs ......breaking all the jinx,,,,,really happy for them/...for germany they wll surely clinch the cup next tym ,hav ful trust on them......nwwwww its wimbledon tym,...god's been so gr8 really all gr8 sports evnts hapening rite after one another,,,,wana see smtng diff frm fedex and nadal final...offlate my blog has become a sort of sports blog..well can assure u wll surely put sme creative and informative posts sooooooon..let the wimbledon finish,,,

FINAL :GERMANY VS SPAIN

finalllly its tym for the of Euro -2008 final match feat...wid the two of the best soccer team battling out its germany vs spain....well germany was many's favourite before the tournament began,but its spain who have shwn that treating them like a minnows was a big mistake...breaking al the barriers,al the jinx tht destiny seem to be imposing on them so far..beating their arch rival italy and other gd team and making it to final is indeed commendable...B oth the teams are capable of beating each other on their day....so its tough to predict who wll win....all we can expect is a real thrilling match........hope its goes til penalties.....my fav however wll remain germany..me die hard germany's fan..ballack, podoski,klose wll be the players to watch out for......

EURO:SOCCER EXTRAVAGANZA

Hmmmmmmm EURO is gng great gunns......already we have witnessed sme spectacular matches,sme major upsets,so all in all uncertainity of euro continues...looking forward to Portugal vs Germany match...mst be thrilling...both are my fav..may the best team win... for nw Italy vs France is just minutes away...a mst win situation for both.....grp c as expected has proven to be group of death in whch netherlands has outplayed all by their fabulous play..gtg nw match is abt to start....tk cre all.....may god bless us.....

Hmmmmmmm euro-2008 has started on bang......in just four days we have witnessed some sensational matches ,my fav so far was netherland vs italy ....simply awesome match ..netherlands thrashing world champions italy..by convincing margin of 3-0...reallllly netherlands has shown what they are here for .....nestlerooy we all knw is man to watch out for...would surely love to see netherland meeting germany for the place of semis....dont miss the action......keeep njyng..ciao...

rafael nadal continued his dominance on roland garros by beating fedex..and claiming the title for the 4th successive time.......surely he is indeed master of clay court ..what's more fascinating is he hasn't lost a single set at roland garros..thts says all abt his brilliance....Hmmmmm feeling sorry for federer atleast hav expected a better fight frm him but nadal truly outplayed him..better lck nxt tym fedex....

one more final one more tournament but finalists same .. yea u guess rite its again rafa vs fedex..french open final..while federer hopes to end rafa's dominance at Roland Garros on the other hand rafael wl surely like to add another french open to his name making him only second player in tennis history after Bjorn Borg to win four successive french open ,undoubtedly nadal really is king of claycourt..though all statistics are with nadal,federer too seems quite optimistic and wll try his level best to break jinx of french open....keeeenly looking forward to watch great encounter between two wizards of tennis..may the best man win..[:P (though i am with rafael)]...dnt miss ..njyyy..ciao..

EURO -2008: GAME ONNNNNNNN...

The EURO-2008- soccer bonanza is just abt to start in couple of hrs,get ready to see 16 top european teams battling it out for the title.. though really feeling srry for england for nt making through to euro,even so many famous names could not secure them a place in euro but it happens..surely would hav loved to see them loosing (remember my patriotic feeling :P) and we couln't have asked for better timing then this,seems like real blessing in disguise for voracious sports seekers like me....ipl just over wid the rajastham royals lifting the trophy..truly they were deserving winners...( bt me realy feeling bad for mumbai indians and delhi daredevils..but it happens and there can be only one winner..).... nw there is euro -2008 what more i could hav asked for...i can assure u it wll surely be a 23 days of sheer entertainment.germany and portugal are many's favourite and so does mine... i am keenly looooooking forwards to group -c (the group of deaths) wid defending champions italy , 2007 runerup france ,deadly netherlands and romania all in one group surely would be real fun to watch out who qualifies frm this group,italy wl surely miss cannavaro hell of lot..he surely was invincible in his defence in 2007..so wont be cake walk for italy...same goes for france...though me quite hopeful they wl surely make it to semis. I would love to see nt so saught after teams (wont use term underdog.:)) making some upsets...u never knw in soccer any team can do wonders on their day....like greece against al odds won in 2004.....so me eagerly looking forward to see some penalty shootout finishes and upsets....and the end jus wanna say..dnt miss the action and njyyyyyy.....god bless.....keep smiling..ciao...

lesson learned

today was quite a happening day.. i can say so as it was atleast a bit different frm past few days..
life has become a sort of mundane these days...my sem exms just finished..so having a vacations though ths time is meant for industrial training....bt who cares. at the end of the day its certificate tht matters......that smhw evrybdy is able to arrange...so no more college..no more birds watching(well we do get lcky smtym and get to see pretty faces)..so bit boring..
but weather unexpectedly is so very pleasing....which seems to be enough to rejuvenate me...
so last nite as usual i slept late and woke up early today....(am i suffering frm insomania??)..then dad told me that some members of family have to go outofstation and train tickets have to be booked for same...dnt knw why what made me to stand up and take initiative (and to say i wll go and book them ) which i never usually takes specially in household responsibility being youngest in family...all scholar seem to be in my family smtym feel quite alien between them..lolz..my sis is doctor, mom officer in bank..dad a really qualified civil engineer..neways my this initiative really amazed dad.then mom dad left for their respective offices.i engaged myself in usual time killing methods watching a nice hollywood flick,listening to sme music..sports ,then had my lunch and all..THEN decided to go for booking the tickets..was not expecting it wld take mch time..as it was late afternoon....but as i reached the reservation office god there was mob of crowd gathered sm for inquiries some for cancellations but mostly for reservation..i choose the counter whch was least crowed was glad the line initially was moving quite swiftly..really smtym it feels gd when u get what u least expects...then as usual their server hanged..authorities told us to wait for a while..and luckily it didn't took lng for server to get back to its senses just half hr (i was wondering why today god) ...reservation again got started ..and line was again moving on though nt swiftly ..and then finally i was jus very near to resevation counter when suddenly bunch of people siting on near by bench stood up and told me tht they came before me and were in line before me..hmmmm i was like out of my senses.. was abt to speak the mst common f word (though i controlled myself) , smtyms u become so much helpless u just cant do anything ..arguing dnt alwys helps..though i asked them several question but they were quite tenacious for their place...me so called blessed with philanthropist nature agreed...then finally after 1and half hour a got my number. and then their were sme issues regarding they not having change(money) which i sorted out smehow.. .and finaly arduous task of booking tickets were over.....finally a sigh of relief seeing the confirmation...but atleast i can say it wasn't a worth remembering experience...

so lesson learned alwys go for e- ticketing..and if u are going to get sme work done from government office do prepared urself well in advance... thats what i can suggest u from my experience...
